Photo Inset; Kitchissippi resident Amos Hayes spent last weekend informing his community by standing at the site of  the proposed two-lane road through the Byron Linear Park which is part of the convent redevelopment.  The Planning and Environment Committee was reviewing the development plans on Tuesday, November  16 and city council is to vote using the committee’s recommendations on Friday, November 19. “The  [developer’s] plans include more than 400 pages of descriptions of the architecture and the community  use of the actual convent building but there is only one sentence about the creation of a road through  the Byron Linear Park,” says Hayes.
