December 15, 2011: Photo Inset: Dead Trees on Armstrong

Photo Inset: This row of five dead oak trees at Pinhey and Armstrong Aves. in Hintonburg, was a gift from the city intended to enhance the neighbourhood. According to resident Emma Robe, a few years of neglect have reduced them to an eyesore and deprived locals of some of the scant greenery that once adorned this stretch.
